Oh, Very Young

Entertaining babies and very young toddlers (pre 3 year olds). It's a tough gig. It's not something I do often, but when I do, there aren't a lot of magic tricks involved. I do perform a few colourful, fun things, but it's mostly puppets. The funny, friendly characters can captivate the youngest children.

The most important thing I've found though, when it comes to entertaining this age group is this. Get the parents and carers laughing. The little ones really do pick up on that energy. I'm not saying I've had an eight week old baby slapping their thigh with laughter, but they sat without crying. So that's a success in my mind 😂
