My Returning Curse

Tonsillitis. It comes to me once every 4-5 years, and it's one thing I truly despise.

I've had a broken collarbone, polypectomy, the worst toothache, and lots of other injuries and illnesses, but this dry stickiness in my throat is the worst of all (for me personally).

And it's back. I have antibiotics on order, but for the next few days, I think I'm going to be very quiet (and a little bit grumpy) 😔
