So, What Does A Magician Actually Do?

This is a valid question because people don't usually know what to expect, if they book a magician for their event.

I can answer by saying that as a magician, I will show people some incredible card tricks, some unbelievable mind-reading and a crazy piece of magic with a salt-shaker.

Impressive, right? But that's not really what matters. What matters is what a magician can really bring to your event…

Will your guests be hanging around for a while, before dinner/drinks/ceremonies?

A magician can make the time pass quicker and in a more enjoyable way for them. Some good magic and a good chuckle really makes time pass swiftly.

Do some of your guests not really know many other people there?

A bit of shared amazement (and amusement) is honestly one of the best ice-breakers ever. Everyone will exchange glances, laughs and gasps and start talking to each other without even thinking about it.

Kids? Do you want them (kept out of the way) to enjoy themselves as much as the adults?

I've got you covered. Whether it's a full show with magic, puppets and balloon modelling, or just a few tricks to make them laugh, I can entertain the kids, and let the parents and carers enjoy a drink and a chat.

Laughter. I truly think that what sets me apart from others in my field, is that I find it quite easy to make people laugh… I think I must have a funny face or something, and this is something truly unique that I bring to events. I love to laugh, and I love seeing other people laugh, even if it's at me.
