A Good Night Is Hard To Find

When I perform, I'm ‘On’. I'm in the zone, I'm energetic and excited!

But when I travel to the gig, and travel from the gig, I'm tired and, no matter how much I'm looking forward to performing (which I always am), I can still find myself struggling to get out of the house and go.

Unless I get a good night's sleep beforehand. The difference I find in myself when I get eight hours of sleep, compared with six-seven hours, is massive!

I'm more alert, answers come easier to me, nothing’s really a problem.

Proper sleep is so overlooked. No matter what you do, please try to get a solid eight hours, at least once a week. You'll see a huge difference!
